Ingredients

  • 2 Tilapia Fillets
  • Crab Meat
  • Italian Bread Crumbs
  • White Wine (Optional)
  • Zesty Italian Dressing (Optional)
  • Green Beans
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Gorgonzola Cheese
  • Garlic Bread (Optional)

Directions

  1. Slice your Tilapia fillets to make pockets and add crabmeat stuffing. I added some white wine and zesty Italian dressing to the fish before putting into oven.
  2. Cook fish at 350 degrees in oven for 30 - 40 minutes.
  3. Veggies ... I used green beans with fresh chopped tomatoes and topped them off with some gorgonzola cheese to make a sort of veggie medley.
  4. Eat, Drink and be Merry.
