Some nights when you just haven't been able to make it to the grocery store, you can pull out some creativity and take all of those things that are close to expiring or those items you have very little left of and make a meal out of it.

  1. Prepare ingredients by chopping onions, tomatoes and corned beef.

Prepare meat by adding seasoning, sauce, etc.

  2. Skillet -Sweat down onions in a frying pan with oil

Add tomatoes, corned beef and spinach

  3. Skillet -After previous ingredients have reduced, add eggs and cheese with any other desired items

  4. Grill - Put Pork Chop on the grill with pineapple slices.

5 - 10 minutes depending on thickness of the pork chop and heat from grill.

  5. Oven - Place pre-cooked bacon and desired amount of garlic toast on a pan let bake for 8 - 10 minutes.

  6. Serve and Eat!
